Keeping the Holiday Spirit Alive!

There are so many ways that we can still connect and bring that holiday cheer into our homes this year. With a little creativity and some technology we can safely bring Christmas to us. From Concerts, to Church services, to meeting Santa, it is all possible as long as you believe! Let's find that joy and warm fuzzy feeling again.Meet you at the North Pole!

Performances:

Concert: Andrea Bocelli almost broke the internet with his performance on Easter singing Amazing Grace. He is back again with a virtual concert from Teatro Regio di Parma Opera House in Italy. The concert is called "Believe in Christmas" where he will be singing some classics as well as some of his originals. The show is on Dec. 12 and you can purchase tickets for $25 from ticketmaster

Broadway: We all miss Broadway. One good news is that we can stream so many of them from the safety of our own homes. Elf the Musical is available to stream the month of December from the Civic Center in Indiana. You can stream from a chosen night and time or have the option to demand it for 48 hours. The price is $25 and a great way to make the entire family laugh.

Nutcracker: The Nutcracker is a staple for the holiday season. Since we can not go to the theater, Ballet companies are bringing their performances into our homes. So many cities are virtual streaming their performances. San Francisco Ballet, Nashville Ballet, Boston Ballet, Atlanta Ballet, and so many more. Check for your favorite cities ballet company to catch the classic story of the Nutcracker.

Traditions:

Streaming Church Service: Christmas Church Service is something that families come together with the community to experience. So many of us can not attend this, this year, but we can still have the experience. The iconic St. Patrick's Cathedral in New York City will be live streaming their Christmas mass. But do not worry if you miss it live. They have it on their website as well as on their YouTube channel that you and your family can watch at any time.

Santaland: Santa has called Macy's home since the early 1860's and we will not let 2020 change that. Macy's has launched Macy's Santaland at Home. It is a FREE interactive experience. You get to see his toy shop, help the elves, and even take a selfie with Santa himself.

AirBnB Experiences:

Meet Santa: You can book a private Santa Experience for 30 minutes from no other than Lapland for your kids for under $20. They can go over everything they want for Christmas and talk about how nice they have been all year :)

Santa Storytime: Award winning Childrens author, Jesse, will read 2 holiday classic books in full characters. This is a great way to get everyone in the holiday spirit. Booked with a group of other kids it is under $10 per child.

Sing Holiday Song with a Broadway Star: Stephen will sing holiday classics, let you sing along or even help you with your voice. You can choose whatever you would like. For $50 an hour you get a private lesson and holiday concert all in one from a Broadway star.
